Our county, Douglas County has one of the highest percentages of teen suicide in all of the United States. We are committed to not just be aware of this crisis but to also make a difference. We are partnering with the Children’s Hospital to take intentional steps to make a difference. Join us on making some noise in our city and inviting more people to join us in this effort.
Starting location:
All walkers and runners will gather at Thrive Church and begin the 5k trail at 9:00am.

We are actively partnering with the Children’s Hospital to provide Thrive backpacks to every teen who has attempted suicide. It is our heart that in the midst of this terrible experience, they know that they are not alone. Thrive backpacks are a way to bring hope and tangible resource to teens in their time of need.
